how many miles on tires

I have 5,000 miles and have 8/32" tread left. Really like how the Dunlop tires handle and will replace with them. Works for me.

i have 5100 miles on my 09 dynna superglide fxd. i have about 3/32nds of tread left. this seems really bad considering its a new bike and i ride it like a baby, i travel daily in it about 120+ mlies. 5days a week. when should i change the rear tire, oh its a dunlop k591 160/70b17, and is this tire wear normal or is it bad?
 
10k on the rear stock Dunlop, replaced it with the same. Front is still good, it appears the 2 to 1 ratio will hold for me. (2 rears to 1 front)
 
I have a 2008 XL1200 c and am going on 10k. The wear indicators are just starting to show. I may get another 1k out of them.
 
Went to the metzler 880 on both on the dunlaps i got about 10000 on rear and about 15000 on front which for a 120hp motor not bad i know have about 6000 on the 88o,s back is gone front maybe 2000 miles left won,t use them again,jel
 
Well, I went almost 12,000 on my rear and that was too many miles. Now I got about 15,500 on the front and I'm kinda scared to ride it so I guess I gotta get a tire REAL soon. Now don't anybody start flamin me for being unsafe or whatever, I don't even want to hear it! :D
 
If I can expect 8-12000 miles on a set of tires I'm good with that. Ill be going back to stock tires too.
