I'm About Fed Up

Again I hope for you that the bike is repaired and repaired properly. But 12 hours labor time and most being for dio I find it hard to believe Harley is going to pay for that. There are specific dio procedures for both the battery and starter and should not need in depth time to find out those 2 components needed change. And if I am following correctly this would be the third battery counting the one that came with bike. As has been said before do not walk but run from this dealer..... Agree with dbmg, sure sounds like they dropped the ball for what ever the reason, I am surprised if they turned in a warranty claim on this one
