Well, this was posted in the right place, that's for sure - jokes! I don't know about other states but here in NJ, anything above the shoulder is illegal. The cops would have a field day with that, after they got done laughing, that is.
I'm still wondering how in the world he controls that thing. It looks as if his hands are barely on the grips. Definitely marching to his own music.

I can vouch for this as I too have seen this guy out before.
Go to youtube and search Extreme Apes. There are 3 videos with this guy when his bike had a different paint job. I would post them but I think they all may have some cussing in them.
