Issues with 2007 touring models

Is this a carb or fuel inj.? Being it's '07 I suspect and FI.

2006 was the last year Harley had carbs in any bike. 2007 and up are all FI.

Bike fired up and ran smooth. the rear cylinder cross over pipe was cracked and leaking. At this point in my life, I don’t need another harley project.

I had an 07 Ultra and it was a thigh scorcher in the summer down here in Florida. It's no wonder that crossover was cracked. That y-tube arrangement was the worst idea in the world. Those pipes would have been the first thing I ripped off anyway, even if they weren't cracked, to put on either a 2-into-1 or some true dual headers with some Reinhart or V&H slipons. A tuner and an easier flowing intake/air cleaner cooled then down dramatically. That was a good price for a low-mileage bagger.
