Yep, a little humble pie is good for all of us. It doesn't matter how experienced or inexperienced we are, dumb mistakes tend to pop up now and then. However, I'm sure I am the only rider with that tried to head out with the petcock in the "off" position.:s

A lesson well learned. Always check the basics first. Buy the service department pizza for lunch and buy some more parts from the parts department. This will help them forget very quickly......:newsmile071:

The guys at Smokie Mountain HD like donuts. Bought several dozen when they let me keep my bike on the yard during vacation.

I'm sure the gas gauge will be fixed soon...right?
