I have been running Redline 20-60 here in Florida for a couple years now. Not sure about any noise decrease though....

If you really want to quiet the top end noise down put some ear plugs in.......better than ear plugs is cotton. I know right....sounds dumb but if you tear off part of a cotton ball and roll it up into a little ball works way better than ear plugs and doesn't transfer the wind noise into your ears.
