Hi all,
OP here again. So, first off, thanks for all your posts on this subject.
1.) I checked all the bulbs, but they're all good to go. I traded the fronts bulbs from left to right, and also the back bulbs left to right, but the problem remained on the right side in all conditions. Bummer, now I know it's more complicated.
2.) So, I'm attacking the right blinker switch, and I'm following the manual now. I took apart the right switch housing and I have access to the wiring to the switch.
I still have to "cut the cable strap to free conduit from the turn signal switch bracket," and "remove the bracket and switch assembly from the housing."
But once I do that, it's asking me to "cut wire 1-1/2 inches from old switch. Discard old switch assembly."
Hmm, do I want to go and replace the switch assembly? Or can I test it an easier way? Should I just cut the wire, like it says, and connect the wires to see what happens - if I do that, should the blinker light stay on or off?!
Thanks again! As you can tell I'm a newb to electrical repairs.
