This is not a situation where if you don't know it won't hurt you. You could end up loosing all throttle response and getting stranded while out riding.

I just fired up my new ultra in my driveway and it went into limp mode. Shut it off restart and still in limp mode. Shut it off for 30 seconds fire it up and ran down the road no problem. What just happened? Bike has 350 miles on it. All I did before that was replace the windshield.
Dealer says they need it for three days
Happened to me. I cleared the code so I could ride it to the dealer. They couldn't get it to do it again. Mech told me that if u twist the throttle even slightly during the start sequence it will register a false TPS correlation error problem and activate limp mode.
