Here is the latest on the rally in sturgis,KY...IT WILL HAPPEN...JULY 14-17,2011.The Union County fair board has teamed up with Custom Biker Wear in Sturgis,KY and Cycle Works Promotions-the ones who put on the Mid-America Motorcycle Expo in Evansville,IN in January.The admission charges and vendor spots will be less expensive this year and it will be named something different.But changes are going to be made to make it better and better...

Had on news last night and paper today that the little sturgis is back on. Being sponsored by new group. Will be called Kentucky Bikerfest. July 14 - 17 2011.

Little Sturgis is/was my favorite rally, but with all this i will pass this year and see how it shakes out

I hope they do get it straightened out.

It seems things go from being just a nice simple ride to "an event." Bigger isn't always better. In many way, Buffalo Chip is a bigger city than the suburbs around my hometown of Milwaukee.

The best thing to do would be to plan a gathering, but not tell anyone about it. Just let it build. When bikini contests and the ten-dollar tap beers appear, then just start another ride somplace else...
