Looking for OIL TEMP GUAGE for 09 FLHTCUI

The only concern I have with not using teflon tape is brass is such a soft metal, I would be careful on how tight to make it. IMO. But if it works without it then I would think it should be ok.

I have always been told NOT to use teflon tape on brass fittings. Brass is soft and seals itself from what I understand.

IMHO, the HD gauge looks great and will match all your other gauges perfectly.

The link TQ posted has the info in it. I would suggest using the oil pan as a source for the sending unit instead of the adapter that is suggested on the newer bikes behind the filter.
