With 1600 miles on it the rings are as seated as they will get, so ride like you want and don't worry. There's still the warrantee.

What is more important is HOW the engine was broken in and not WHEN it is broken in. You'll find that at about 5K, they start to really run good.

Yea,ride it like it belongs to your big brother,that use to break all your toys when you were younger, . with the modifyed 95" kit,and everything else that was done,i run her hard,my rev limiter is at 7000 rpm,and am on a 05RD. there has been more then one time i hit 100mph before shifting into 5th.:small3d007: but thats me,if it breaks,take it apart and build it better,like R&D.

I noticed mine really loosened up after 5K, really started to run good then. Don't think
I have ever pushed it hard enough to hit the rev limiter, though.
