Changing brands is not a problem, I just changed my bike and truck both from Amsoil to Mobil 1. Bike has 50,000 miles, truck has 176,000 miles. Just got tired of ordering the Amsoil & paying shipping, Mobil 1 is widely available to just walk in and pick it up. On the plus side, didn't have to use any additive in LS diff.on truck, the LS 75/140 works just fine out ofthe bottle. With Amsoil I had to use 2 bottles of additive to get it stop chattering.
