Hi. Can you tell me if you had to lengthen the wiring to fit the 12" mini apes or does the standard wiring stretch. I have the bars and extended brake line, clutch and throttle cables.

for my 08 nightster with HD mini apes
only thing I needed to change was the brake line
went with a black braided line.
beside that reroute everything else and its good to go.

I have them on 08 nightster. I only changed out the brake line. I re-routed the other cables from the outside of the forks to the inside of the forks.

The stealer wanted to charge me $700 dollars.

For $160 (bars, cable and clips) I did it all myself.

No hand numbness or cramps on 200 - 300 mile rides.

In my opinion, these bars should come stock with the Nightster.
