There is no calibration,it is automatic.Have You added anything under the fairing that may be sitting on the GPS antenna? GPS antenna is number 26.Try moving any loose wiring away from GPS antenna.
I also recommend to remove the fairing and inspect the location of the antenna and connections, see if you can relocate it higher. And while your in the bring the Sirius ant mounted on the top of the the fairing.
