I think your dealer was more than fair. I'm working on building a good relationship with my dealer as well and up to this point they have taken good care of me. I work w/ a First Lieutenant that has referred at least 30 active duty military guys to this dealer and he gets up to 50% off parts and labor. I do believe "if you scratch thier back, they'll scratch yours".

And why is that?. Cost too much?. Do they let you know how much does it gonna cost you before they do the job?. :6:

It was'nt the cost, although it was excessive. They did not do all of the work that they said they were going to do. The work they did do was sloppy and incomplete.
