need advice... how to protect

I have used BullFrog Sun Block for many years for a very large scar on my chest. It is water proof and a little goes a very long way. It works great on the nose as well.

I never use any, but my light complected friend swears by Panama Jack. You can usually find it at surf shops but also in some major retailers and sports shops. SPF goes all the way to 75 or you could just get a tube of zinc oxide like the old timers used.
