I recommend using the grey nickel based anti-seize lubricant. I have found that copper based compound tends to get hard faster than nickel based. The heads on Harleys are aluminum and using and anti-seize compound will lessen the chance of the plug seizing due to bimetallic galvanic action. Like mentioned above, don't over tighten. I just snug mine up.
