Seriously? They make HD's in colors other than black? Why?
Because Black has always been fastest and others colors were needed for comparison.

No problem. The rivets sometimes want to spin, so I pressed against the opposite end with a scrap of inner tube.
No one's mentioned it yet, but this has been been vastly improved on the 2014 Rushmore bikes. The stock hinges no longer make you cringe every time you look at them!

Just got another piece of chrome to cover the flaking paint around the three wind shield mounting screws. It looks good and it's cheaper than a paint job.

I just put a set on yesterday, and they look great. I had to enlarge the holes a bit, which was not in the instructions. The new ones sure make the factory original's look like garbage!

The instruction state to use a 3/16 drill bit to drill out the rivets. Because I used a cutting bit on my dremel tool, I had to ream out the pilot holes (with a 3/16 bit) so the giude pins, or what ever they are called, could fit.
