Didn't even know I needed this until I read about it on another forum. It is a redesigned hinge for the tour pack. didn't realize how ugly the OEM were until now. Anyway, went out and bought these new ones from the dealer, gonna be a big improvement over the stock ones. Wonder if it will make the bike go faster??

I installed the new hinges on my 09 UC. Sure looks a lot better than the old style hinge.

Just installed on my bike. EZ install, although I took twice as long because I did not read directions. It definately makes the tourpak pop. nice mod.

put these on my 09 ultra, when people spot them they have to call there buddies over to see them, so it"s very hard to get away from the bike. gotta love it!
