Just checked the City council agenda for the 18. As far as I can tell bill 416-A has still been scratched from the agenda. I think yesterdays article was a rehash of last weeks. In any case, if it did pass, any lawyer should be able to beat it. Confiscation of private property for a minor EPA violation.

My Pipes are stamped "Not For Road Use" I purchased them from E-bay Ecuse my ignorance but What does this term actualy mean Were they specificly designed for Off road only?

My 1965 Corvette had the Side pipes originaly from GM and they also had "OFF Road on them but came from the factory installed
