Hi Guys.Now;i've never met Myrtle Beach,never even heard of it until this matter was raised and dont even know where it is.
WHAT i DO know is that 'fellow' Bikers have precipitated this action and it is only the tip of the Iceberg. Get ready for this type of legislation to flow across your country.We are a minority group-that scares and upsets good honest Burghers,so we're a good target.

the helmet law has been deemed unconstitutional by the state legislature as the rest of the state is helmet free. so open top riding to all of you who are headed that way.

If you read the exerpt...NO! Only FED EPA approved mufflers (HD OEM equipment) are legal and before 1982, must meet the 83dB at 20 feet...inches? (I do not know from the quote) at what angle(s)...so there may be a little wiggle room for the pre-1982 crowd :newsmile022:

My Sporter street legal is 96db at 2850 rpm (indicated on my motorcycle licence)
and my FLSTS 99 is 94db at 3750 rpm also on the licence
