sounds like i just need to buy a Victory lol. I have a full machine shop with bridgeport and 18x60 lathe. I can make the stuff I need but I'm not sure it's worth it.

Not trying to discourage you from buying a Harley but as you can see from your CL search 5,000 will only get you an older bike or maybe a slightly newer sportster.
Be patient and save a little more and you'll find the scoot you're looking for.

Have you tried to find a $5000.00 dollar Victory... Don't cut off your nose to spite your face.....o_O
