Off to Mobile ...AGAIN

When we first got the wife's dyna it left little puddles of gearbox oil wherever we left it so always carried spare oil and checked it daily on longer trips till i had gathered the correct tools and parts to fix it
however when a puddle is on the ground under the bike it looks like a lot of loss but often minimal when checking the dipstick
I am pretty sure you will be carrying a wee bit of reserve oil wherever you go till it is fixed and i hope for your sanity it is soon

Why not put the stock ones back on, was there something wrong with them?

It's easy enough to replace the levers yourself at a later date.

Going to call them today to discuss exactly that, the other issue is if they have filed ins. for the last work done, the $ keeps going up!
 
News Flash!! Oil leak resolved! Traded it in today and got a heck of a deal! Found a 2011 Road Glide with a bunch of goodies and only 8200 miles. Lowered, chrome forks, heritage bars, Fat Shots pipes and other stuff. Lost only two grand on my 08 for a trade! 5 year ESP, tire and rim, low interest for 60, 3 year service plan, all for under $200.00 a month. :newsmile108::newsmile108::newsmile108::newsmile108::newsmile108:
 
Hopefully this new bike will be a good one and does not need to spend a lot of time at the dealers

Wow, alot can happen when you don't sign on for a day.

Joe, congrats buddy, I was hoping a new bike was in the wings, sounds like you got a great deal, hope you like it as much as the other.
Going to need to see some pictures when you get the chance..I won't be able to recognize you without the anniversary color.
