Oil and changing as Pete says is like a religion, that said I have always been a proponent of changing oil before a lay up, I have seen first hand the damage from the waste by products from combustion eating up the innards JMO

I agree. Start it occasionally and get her hot to get rid of the condensation that may have formed. That will keep critical components coated in oil and help prevent internal rust. Just my 2 cents.

Very much agree with Joe on this, his 2 cents is worth $10 plus change!
