They are Street Bob stock muffler cans with the Cycle Shack Screaming Eagle replacement baffle- sometimes called the Gary 7 mod for the guy who came up the idea. I've been trying different homemade versions of Big City Thunder Monster inserts; eye bolts; thumb screws, and a big bolt at tail end ( that worked good, but caused a high pitched ringing between 3k to 4k rpms), to try and get some low and mid-range torque out of 'em. Back to just the baffles and the stock cans now- think there might be too much reversion with the over-sized cans ( they measure around 3 1/4 inchs OD) and any sort of lollipop, as the power curve feels choppy, and valve train noise increases with everything but the bolt. Just not much power on the bottom or mid-range with the straight thru baffle sans lollipop, even with the tuner; mean sound though. Never realized how much effect different mufflers can have with stock head pipes. Been real educational and not too expensive so far- $50 for the cans with baffles, probably $20-30 in assorted adapters and hardware to play mad scientist- never run anything that sounded or felt to weird for more than a couple of miles, so hopefully have not done any damage.
