Look at some of the Joe Rocket, AlpineStars, and Icon stuff. Most of them are set up with full length zippers that make them ez on/off. Not only that, many have protective armor in them.. Just in case.
I just tuck my tie down my shirt... and go. Dress pants never bothered me to wear while riding. But it's a short 10 miles to work though. Might have to try those chaps in case I take the long way home!
