Try pulling the master fuse, then reinstalling (it's the big yellow one). Also, when doing pin number starts/changing pin, the bike must be on the jiffy stand and not get wiggled. Maybe it's the same for TSM relearn? Here's a PDF from the forum archives that you can compare to your instructions. Get back to us if you still have a problem. I just got up, and am still a bit foggy.
