I Have YET to see a biker in motion with the hand held device or Texting while riding...

True story...no joke & still baffles me to this day. ~4-years ago I was walking through my former neighborhood & witnessed m/c cop on duty w/cell in hand (dialing, I presume). Got by too fast to get info for reporting back to dispatch. Those guys are talented riders, but this wasn't a good way of showing it off...

This is scary, on Wednesday if I had not been paying attention a gal yacking on a cell phone in the rain about pushed me off the interstate, if I would have had anything to toss at her wind shield I would have got her attention. My horn was not effective tho my loud pipes seemed to get her attention
