I think pb blaster is a penetrating fluid copper grease is more sort of never seize but im in the uk so perhaps things are a wee bit different here brand names terminology etc
glad to here that you have got to the bottom of the problem and a final fix is only a wait for parts although a wait for parts is often 4 weeks here as you are much closer to the mothership shouldn't be long for you
