It was the heat shield clamp, finally found the problem, was hard to found, i check just about every parts, when I install slip ons, thats when I notice a broken clamps, that was just about impossible to see unless when loose it. took the bike for a spin, no more sound, thank everybody for all the tips, thanks Chips.

On my 07 all of the shield clamps were rusting,so I changed them out for stainless clamps.When did the MOCO go to plated clamps instead of stainless steel?

stain less, in most conditions.
Severe temperatures here, I don't see how they will stay bright.
