I too have had that same low speed wobble at 20 lbs. So I'm also eager to find the cure. Just replaced rear tire today but havent had a chance to get out and ride. Wondering if I have it set too high or low myself. Ride an 01 ultra mostly solo and am about 236 lbs,but does the same if my wife is with me. Have to see how new tire acts and might go with a lower pressure as it seems to be what I'm hearing. I'll keep you posted with my results.
