Welcome to the forum from the southwest desert! Can you hold the scooter up by yourself and push it forward a little and then pull it back a little?
That'll help you with your takeoffs and stops. Need to work on the stop signs! Wouldn't want you to get a ticket and spoil you fun riding! However, Ride Safe!
