put 16 inch apes, had to change cables, wiring etc, but a more comfortable ride for me

Very glad I did the same thing in fall of 2017, got a 16 inch 1.5inch thick ape bar, changed all electrical wires, clutch and brake cables. What a difference it brought me... feel more relax for not leaning forward anymore and looks great, too, even though I kept my original windshield which I reduced by 7inches so I can see forward much better and feel more wind on my face while riding!

Also put 16" ape hangers on my Low Rider install 10" Mini apes first it was not comfortable enough, than install 16" internal wired apes and love them. I did have to change brake, clutch and throttle cables and extend wires.
