I'm going to say it again, everything is illegal anymore. With the helmet law in MO how would they know you had ear buds in?

Unless it's blutooth, and than you have the gizmo hanging on the side, the wires coming out of the helmet are a dead givaway. With me even with wireless sitting at the light tapping my toes would give me away.

@Webbtron -- Its not so much about the being illegal part....and yes, helmets (EDIT) but can't stand those (EDIT) things in my ears!
