Replaced the Bank Angle Sensor per someone who was having same problem. Knock on wood it seems to be the fix. Module was +$250 & has turn signals & security system tied in to it. This sensor is an engine shutoff if bike is laid down to protect engine from not getting oil. Mine was failing when I would exit highways, slowing down from high speeds etc. Made sense because bike momentum was shifting the center of gravity & sensor would kick in thinking bike was going down. Never happened on long trips, may be because had bike loaded down with luggage, again changing center of gravity for the better. One note: Had to have dealer service dept. sync new module with my bike on computer or bike would not run.
