Hey all. Finally finished replaceing the Intake Gaskets. The old ones looked fine but were def leaking. Bike runs like it is brand new. Thanks for all the imput! Off to Sturgis this week!!!

Looks like they need to make those gaskets 1mm thicker. Just needed a little more squish.

Glad you got your intake leak fixed...and yes it may be a common problem, but it could be relieved with a technique I learned rebuilding auto's that ask intake manifold gaskets to be installed dry...if you have the problem again, try spraying 3M/Permatex copper gasket paint on the contact surfaces...fills in the voids, conducts heat, sticks and seals very well to both rubber and metal materials.
