S.E 110 Heads with automatic compression release

Can you help me with a related problem? I have a 2007 FLHTP that Harley replaced the heads on the 103" engine with heads that have the automatic compression releases. They have worked great for 3 years, but after I took it to an independant for the 10,000 mile service, they stopped working. The shop said it was a coincidence and they did not mess with them. They did rebuild my front break master cylinder. Any suggestions on connections that I could check myself. If not, I will probably need to take it to Harley.

Does anyone know what the torque value is on the acr's? Had manuals but went to 2013 heads machined for the automatics! Thanks

My 2012 book shows 11-15 Ft. Lbs. or 14.9-20.3 Nm.
Should be the same for 2013 heads.
