I know we are all looking forward to Salt Springs in Feb, and that all of us are looking forward to Joe's gumbo (without the mouse, or any roadkill he picks up along the way). We are also looking forward to seeing old friends and meeting new ones. It should also provide us with some great rides and stories for show and tell here on the Forum. All that being said we are all looking forward to Jack being in the thick of things and we might even get to meet the famous Red Head! There is one thing we should all remember, if we don't give Jack a hard time and his head swells up, with that stash of his he will never get through the door!!
 
I have it on good authority that the redhead can clip you round the ear from the other side of the room without looking like she moved
So even if the rolling pin is not on display you may still be in trouble :(

anyone do a count yet of how many us are going to be there? need to know if i need to buy another bag to help joe carry his ingredients for his Gumbo..:D

plus does Jack need a wide angle lens for his camera to fit everyone in the photo
