I lived in SA fo 2 years and I now line in Grass Valley, CA - 3 hours south of Redding......That is one long butted trip!!!!!:majesty:majesty

Going from Ukiah, Ca. to Yuba City wasn't very eventful. Yuba City to Donner pass was pretty cool. I stopped in Fallon, Nev. for the night. From Fallon to Green River Utah Was a desolate ride acroos Hwy. 50. I now know why they call it the Loneliest Hwy. Nothing for miles & miles......:bigsmiley24:

Ahhhh... A SWT alumni... San Marcos is a cool town to live in. With the river that runs thru the park.. You have the best of Austin to the north with 6th street, to San Antonio to the south with the Mexican market... I have lived here for 15 yrs. 5 minutes from work can't ask for a better place.:naughty

Not to mention the Hill Country as your back yard. I envy the riders in this area and hope they appreciate the best riding in Texas at their fingertips.

Made a short trip last night. Went from San Marcos to Blanco up Hwy 281 north to hwy 290 east to Austin then back South to San Marcos. A beautiful ride when it is in the evening.... You just have to be on the look out for our large dogs with horns......
