Security Key shows in gauge cluster

I am currently having this same problem but in addition my gauges stopped working all of the sudden..the fuel, speeedometer and tac..

the radio works, bike runs lights etc.. I changed the fuse that was blown but the light is still on.

the radio works, bike runs lights etc.. I changed the fuse that was blown but the light is still on.

A code was set and has to be cleared but check the rest of the fuses first with a test light on both ends of the fuse.

What have you changed in the electrical system of the bike? Did you add any LED lights?
Have you checked for Trouble Codes?
Do you have a shop manual for the bike? If so, then look in the sections that address the security system and ECM trouble code section.
If you don't have a manual, do a search here on the forum and you should be able to find information on these systems.

I have changed front Headlight to an LED red key light stays on . Never has before
