Try pressing "Ctrl" on the keyboard and then the minus key right above the letter "P" and see if that makes it smaller.

Try resizing your page. The above advice sounds like it might apply to you. Another way of adjusting it is to go to Tools in your browser and set the zoom to 100% or less.

It's set to 100%, No problem on any other web site or the old version of this site.

In Internet Explorer 9 I can set a custom setting for any site that I view. I have actually set my browser to 115% for HDTimeline and it covers my monitor just fine. On other sites I can select 125% and I used to be able to do 125% with this site. I would suggest coming down below 100% using the Custom Setting and see what it looks like. If you are using IE 9 it should remember any custom % that you set.
