I know the feeling...on April 2010 went to buy service manual for 2010 SuperGlide (bought Oct 09')...came back home with 2010 FatBoy. Didn't think they would take offer.
T-shirts AND service manuals are $$$$$$$ Still need manual for FB. LOL!!

I made the mistake of reading your thread to my wife. I now have to give her my ride itinerary so she can make sure I don't get within 150 miles of a Harley Dealership.
Fort Thunder is known for really, actually negotiating and making good trades. I've heard of and seen for myself them giving pretty much retail for a trade in plus a good price on the new ride. Fort Thunder is always busy and the dealer on the other side of town is not usually. Wonder why that might be?
I love my Heritage and I avoid the salespeople like the plague when I go in there for parts and such. I'm afraid I'd end up with a SG or Ultra.
