A rear tire for 08 Ultra is no special order, I went down to local indi. Custom By Jim, he had a few in stock, facory Dunlop type, want to keep front and rear the same, had 11,000 miles on rear tire, still could have put on more but was heading into a 3,000 trip, and the tire from the dealer would be in about the time we would get back.

Maybe if the dealers didn't have to keep their "clothing boutique" stocked they could afford to have a few more parts for the bikes they sell on the shelf. I've never seen a shortage of T-shirts at the "H-D Motorcycle" dealerships.

My dealer says 7 to 10 and it usually in in 7.If its a stock item I will ask them to check the dealer network and I can get it in 1 to 2 days.
