Sportster 48 engine tick

I took it to a guy that knows Sportys very well. It looks like there were a lot of Aluminum shavings in the oil. Not metal. The shavings blocked the oil flow to one side and we caught it before any major damage happened. Think that low oil may have been the culprit or dirty oil.

:s Flush the oil tank with some kerosene, run some fresh oil up to operating temp, drain and screen the oil for shavings:s
