of course, I couldn't wait and just checked. i was picturing like that cardboard gasket material, but now that I remember when I put on my slip-ons on my sporty, they were these metal mesh type gaskets, i just followed your advise and was able to start to scrape out the old metal mesh, so definitely will need new ones.....learning all the time....it's cool doing it yourself.
done. hopefully theres not exhaust leaks. had a little hard time getting the front flange in. lines up the pipes at the headers, hopefully the gaskets took, cus I'd hate to have to take it apart. gotta go get my laptop at work, load in the new map, and stage 1 is complete. \o/
