Mobile1 20/50 synthectic in engine,Red Line 75/140 synthetic in trans and Formula Plus 20/50 in primary all at 1000k on all my bikes.

Changed to syn3 @ 500, Amsoil @ 10,000. Noticeable temperature change with Amsoil.

Went to Syn3 at 500 miles.Took it out and Mobil V-twin 20w-50 at 1000 miles.
Syn3 made compensator clack like a bucket of bolts at idle.

I've been running Mobil 1 V-Twin 20W-50 in my 2002 FXWG since new, long before the Screaming Eagle Syn. came out. Mobil 1 75W-90 in my transmission and Mobil 1 V-Twin 20W-50 in my primary. I've got 62,000 on the original motor, changing the oil every 5,000 miles. I work for a ExxonMobil distributor which is why I use Mobil 1 and have 5 friends who have a combined 250,000+ on their motors without any issues using Mobil 1 V-Twin 20W-50.
