Same thing happened to me - about 30 mpg highway. I bought the bike used - has a stage 1, but I'm fairly sure that's it. I'm still playing with the settings, but I may just remove it.

When I did the TFI and set it up on my 09 FLHR, fully stage one It got 40/42 best then I added SE 255 cams and I did Have to move the first pot #1 Green DOWN to run smoothly.. I still get some good gas mileage at 40/42.. Dallas (Dobecks CIO) told me that is the ONE time he would say to turn DOWN the green setting when using a cam...the .550 high lift and the Early Closing of the intake valve of the SE255 cam make the difference and run Rich with the normal setting.
