Ha-ha-ha, but I love to swap recipes. How about authentic blackened redfish. (I don't mean Joe).

I simmered them in gravy as I was told to do and they consumed the gravy which added to the taste even more.

Glider; Do you mean "gravy" as in Southern style (brown), or "gravy" as in Soprano style (red)? I just need to know so my mouth can water for the proper style.

Absolutely!!! OMG, if Cathy thought brown gravy was going to touch her meatballs she'd go crazy! (Don't forget her Sicilian ancestry!! )

That's what I was thinking. If I hadn't of been a Soprano's fan I wouldn't know that spaghetti sauce is called gravy by the vowel enhanced community.:59: (just a jibe, don't go off on me)
