110 on my 11 FLTRX with a stage 2. Still pulling when I got out of it. 75 / 80 most of the time on the intestate.

2010 Ultra Limited (103) stock cams, V&H Power Duels, Power Commander and SE Breather. I've seen 115 on speedo, so subtract about 4MPH. 2004 Road Glide with 95 CU, 211 cams, SE race tuner and Rinehart true duels have seen the speedo go past the 120 mark, so I can only guess. The Road Glide hits triple digits a lot faster than the 2010.
Per the Michigan State Police testing on all the various police bikes, the 2013 Road King topped out at 110 and the Electra Glide at 107. Both are completely stock, with no mods what so ever. Add exhaust, downloads or other tuning and I'm sure you should see the numbers climb.

I was with Glen on my 2010 FLHTK riding in Navada. I hit 118 MPH and slowly climbing. I have a stage two with 255 cams....

I have never had a stock Harley go faster than 110mph and I have had 80 88 96 and 103 cubes thinking my 2014 may top that

1997 Ultra with EVO 105 on interstate, flat road.
2001 Ultra with T/C 105 same road only 5 years later. OBTW the EVO was total stock as was the T/C. Just for comparison, I test road a Honda Gold Wing with 1800, 135mph on same road. yes it did scare the YKW out of me. never do that again. I think the Honda had more in it. More just wasn't in me.
