Transmission slipping in 4th and 5th gear

I'm having the same problem, however i just figured it was the clutch. I double checked my fuild level and its perfect. I only notice it in 4 , 5 and 6 gear above 3000 rpm when i top the gear out to shift. I re built my clutch about 4 k ago with new plates , i cant figure it out ??

I have a 2004 Heritage and use the Amsoil 20W50 in all cases. I have not had any slippage problems since the change over a year ago. I also check the clutch adjustment every time i change lubricants. Doesn't take that long and I know it is right when I service the primary.
